As a part of a school project in 2025 we were assigned to create a desent sampler synth from scratch using XML. As a coffee lover and part time barista I decided to make a drumsample using the espresso machine at the café I work at. Using an instamic I recorded, mixed and coded this fun synth that I decided to name Espresso Beats. The most fun part was adding the coffee beans as effect knobs.
